DeFido is the original cryptocurrency token inspired by the viral tweet made by Coinbase in response to Elon Musk’s tweet of his Shiba Inu puppy Floki.

DeFido was created on September 13, 2021 minutes after the original Elon tweet DeFido was programmed as a BEP-20 token on the Binance Smart Chain.

Since it's inception, the community has grown from several hundred people to tens of thousands, and several hundred more are flowing into our community each day.

Even though DeFido started as a meme coin, it has the brand potential to become a cornerstone of the decentralized world. This is because of our passionate and engaged community and our growing utility as an ecosystem of decentralized applications (dApps).
